My guest today is Stella Grizont. Stella is an executive coach and has helped over 1400 overachievers work happier and live better across 21 countries. Stella notes that when we’re unhappy at work, our brain typically wants to avoid it, to get away, to get out of the unpleasant situation, but escaping the bad is not the same thing as moving towards the good. In order to figure out what we should be moving towards, we first need to figure out how we want to feel, how we want to be, what we want to experience at work. Once we get clear on that, we can realize that there are a number of ways for us to accomplish this, and new possibilities open up.
