Our Process:

Throughout the year, you'll learn tools and embodiment, which with 12 months of practice, will become coded into your body and nervous system. By the end of your year in W, you'll walk, talk, and move differently. More slowly, intentionally, with swagger and a bit of sass. You'll have your personal brand, your unique way of being, and clarity on your purpose that only you can fulfill. Learn to lead from the divine feminine. Where sacred meets science, you'll explore your wholeness, your truth. You'll learn feminine archetypes and embody ancient practices as well as proven mental health tools that will change you forever.

At 25, I found myself in the "perfect" life - a beautiful lawyer husband and a big house in the burbs... but I cried daily. I felt guilty for wanting "more" until I realized that being "perfect" doesn't make you happy. Pleasure, play, and purpose does.

I started volunteering with high school girls, then led an online support group for young divorced women. I felt ALIVE supporting them. This was my purpose! But I was afraid to follow my dream, so I became severely depressed, getting new jobs and boyfriends to fill the void.

FAQ

Will I get focused attention?

Yes! This is an intimate group with Carina and support coaches who will know you, your dreams, and your old patterns so that you are continually held to be your highest self. You have at least one teaching, coaching, or practice call every week to keep you focused and on track to your goals and desires. We love knowing your heart and soul and pouring into you!

Will I like the other women?

Can I have an extended payment plan?

We want to make W accessible to women who are truly committed. Therefore, we have 2 payment plan options: One, is with us, the Institute of WOMAN, which is a monthly plan of $833 for 12 months. If you need a longer plan and lower monthly payments, we've partnered with third party companies like Klara who offer you the "full pay" price with payments as low as $231.08 spread over a few years.

Can I talk with Carina about joining before I do?

Of course! Carina is happy to have a call to talk through the decision with you. There will be no pressure or obligation. The purpose of the call is to determine if W is a good fit for you right now and we're supportive of your decision either way! Email [email protected] to set it up.

What if it isn't for me or doesn't work for me

Nearly all of my clients say, "Ok, it worked for her, but what if it doesn't work for me?" We think we're the only ones who won't get the benefit. I get it and have had that fear before when joining programs. The only way W won't work for you is if you don't attend any classes, coaching sessions, or retreats, don't do any of the HER-work offered (practices, journal inquiries, etc), and don't do your part of integrating the material. The structure isn't designed for you to become Carina or to have a specific "result", but to become the woman who creates her life on her terms. If part-way through the program, it feels like W isn't for you, come talk to our team and we'll help you navigate the material, sessions and work so that you get maximum benefit. However, because of the nature of the coaching, we do not issue refunds. In the event you decide to terminate participation in the program for any reason, you remain obligated to pay the full amount of your payment plan or full pay.

Will my photo be taken at the retreat and used for promotion?

We will take photos throughout the retreats for ourselves, and appropriate pictures will be shared online for other women to see the experience and inspire them to grow. If you don't want your photo to be used online, that's perfect too. Just let our team know in advance and we'll make sure it is not!

What is included in the retreats?

The W retreats will change your life in ways you never imagined. There's something about being LIVE with Carina and your sisters that changes you at a cellular level. Carina looks into your eyes and you feel seen, perhaps for the first time in a long time. You hug your Sisters and they tell you what they see in you (you feel so loved). You stand on chairs and declare your dreams, you dance, you jump in the pool or ocean, you release lifetimes of trauma and rise in dancing glory. All coaching and activities are included but travel to the retreats, and lodging are not included.
