Happy Thanksgiving week! I swear this week was MADE for positive psychology. A holiday devoted to deep appreciation, savoring our loved ones, and feeling heartfelt gratitude for all that is good – that is my kind of holiday!
I can’t help but wonder, though, why do we isolate this beautiful feeling to only once a year? If you only ate healthy greens one day a year – but burgers and pizza the remaining 364, you’d feel gross. If you went to the gym only once a year, you wouldn’t expect to get buff.
Gratitude is the same. Consistent gratitude creates better health! It not onlyfeels good. It’s good for us! Gratitude boosts the immune system, lowers blood pressure and increases happiness. Just writing down three good things daily has lasting benefits! Can you imagine what the world would be like if we were each expressing gratitude every day? Can you imagine the high vibration we’d live in? We’d have more joyful communities, more peaceful families and we’d be a healthier society!!
So… if we know that gratitude leads to greater health, why don’t we do it every day?
If you are like many of my clients, you may think you don’t have time for gratitude. As one client recently said, “I barely have time to brush my teeth let alone write down daily gratitude!” In this week’s PurposeFULL message, I share the trick to incorporate gratitude into your daily life.

I hope you have a beautiful holiday week. May you and your loved ones prosper with joy and good health. Today and every day, I’m grateful to you for reading, watching and allowing me to share my purpose.
