Sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is to just say ‘fuck it.' What's the worst that could happen? Sure, our anxious minds and ego brains tell us tons and tons of scary, stressful stories that make us feel like we will die if the worst case scenario happens.
But Sister, that fear is one of the biggest things that holds us back. And it has come time for you to just say ‘fuck it.' It's about doing the damn thing WITH the fear. It's about recognizing that the worst case scenario is actually the one that holds us from our dreams and desires.
