There are many paths to wellness, and many kinds of wellness beyond simple physical health. In today’s episode my special guest, Adri Kyser, and I discuss a holistic approach to wellness. Adri also discusses some of the traumas she survived as a child, how it helped shape her journey, and how she actively chose to change the narrative of her life story. She healed herself through holistic wellness and she uses these techniques to heal women around the world.
In this episode, Adri talks about:
- Her healing process of Enlightened Alchemy
- The four components of her work: physical wellness, mental wellness, emotional wellness, and spiritual wellness
- The importance of gratitude and meditation
