Teenage girls face so many pressures from family, dating and social lives, school, trying to prepare for the future (maybe trying to get into a good college or get a good job), and more. As a teenage girl I definitely struggled with anxiety and panic attacks, and this is growing more and more common, and at earlier ages as well.
In today’s episode I talk about some of the pressures that teenage girls face and what we, as concerned and supportive adults, can do to help them not only survive but thrive.
