WHAT: In a monthly, 90-minute group coaching call, we'll explore topics such as purpose, mindset, being present, self-love, passion, creativity, owning your power, and more. To support your growth, Carin will provide a worksheet with homework tied to each month's topic. You'll stay connected with your sisters and continue to grow and learn from each other, and from Carin.

WHO: This is open only to past members of EMPOWERED (formerly known as ThisIs40 and Fab, Fierce, Feminine), and requires a minimum of 6 participants.

WHEN: This requires an 8-month minimum commitment for group coherence, and calls will be held from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm ET on the following dates:
