About Me

When I was held up at gunpoint, I made a decision:
Live with no regrets, no matter what.

I then got my Masters degree in Positive Psychology from UPenn and am now a sought after speaker for organizations like Amazon, Capital One, New Jersey Conference for Women, EY, Progressive Insurance, LinkedIn, National Association of Professional Mortgage Women (NAPMW) and BMW.

As a survivor of domestic violence, armed robbery and miscarriages who is also a marathon runner, and became a mother at 45, I turn pain into Purpose to thrive. I ignite people to take action toward their biggest dreams.
