Contrast that with growing up in a VERY wealthy area, where the kids drove BMWs to school - I never felt like I had "enough" because we didn't have what they did.

What I learned was scarcity.

Lack.

That money is for "other people"

I learned to save, and to be smart with money - and that was wonderful!

I also learned that PURPOSE is the most important thing. I still believe that and make sure to have FREE offerings with my podcast, community, and masterclasses. But, I was ashamed of true desires for wealth that would help my family and the world... and be FUN. (Like a boat and trip to Spain!)

I was sanctimonious, thinking I was better than wealthy people.
I gave away a ton of my sacred work for FREE.
I had so much lack and scarcity fear with money, that I saved old toast to eat later,

and stayed stuck in a job that drained me for years.

It was only once I became an entrepreneur that I had to really face my money fears.

It's been humbling - and freeing.
