Here's how it will work:
- Bi-Weekly Teaching Calls: Kick off the week of January 11 (day/time TBD)! Every two weeks you'll have a live video coaching call with your sisterhood, led by Carin. We'll go deeper into purpose, self-love and action toward your dreams.
- First Retreat (online): We will initiate ourselves into the sisterhood with a full day virtual retreat and you will have a graduation retreat
- Bi-Weekly Q&A Calls: Every other week, starting the week of January 18th (day/time TBD), will be optional Q&A calls to get coaching and ask Carin anything you want.
- PurposeBooks (workbooks): You will receive your first PurposeBook (workbook) the week of January 11th, to begin uncovering your truth. Why Work with Me?
There are no coaches like me - proven academic, sexy goddess, brave bold warrior. I live fully. I go for every dream in my heart - whether getting on SiriusXM radio as a new coach, being a keynote speaker at Amazon, taking women on retreats at the Versace Mansion, Paris and Greece, or having a baby at 45, I don't let dreams go. I seduce them, I live them, I embody them. As one of the only people in the world with a Masters degree in Positive Psychology, the science of happiness, an
initiated Priestess, and brave Warrior who overcame almost dying, I live it all with no regrets and I'll ensure you do the same. With passion. With purpose. And with LOVE.
My story... I grew up the youngest of three and my parents sometimes said they "got it right the third time." I was their "Perfect Child."
I did everything to be "Perfect" - all A's, cheerleading, student council, no smoking or drugs. I married my "Perfect" good-looking lawyer husband at 22 and moved into a big "perfect" house by 24.
But I was miserable in my perfect life. I felt lost. Stuck. Like I had no idea who I was. And I felt so guilty, and ashamed.
So I bravely left that marriage and perfect life at 26 because I wanted - NEEDED - to figure out what happiness was FOR ME.
I heard the word PURPOSE whispered by the Goddess.
So I went on a journey to figure out my purpose. I thought maybe I should change careers but I realized that wouldn't yet help.
FIRST, I had to do the internal work - I had to get to know who I was, what lit me up, and ultimately, what legacy I wanted to leave on the world.
So I started volunteering with high school girls and other divorced women and was so HAPPY that I realized I am meant to be EVERY WOMAN'S CHEERLEADER.
Purpose matters because it's FULFILLMENT. It's ULTIMATE Happiness.
But then I was WAY too afraid to turn my purpose into a career. It was 15 years ago and I had never heard of coaching; and the only speakers I knew were Tony Robbins and Oprah and that felt impossible. Plus, I was afraid no one would like me. I'd fail, be rejected.
So I stayed stuck in fear, corporate golden handcuffs, and almost married another lawyer because I was SO afraid of failure, rejection, looking stupid, being humiliated, etc.
Sadly, I became so severely depressed that I couldn't look in the mirror. I got shingles at 34.
Then after 8 years of being stuck in FEAR, one night, a young man followed me into my condominium building, and pulled a GUN to my head.
I screamed and cried, begging for my life, sure I was about to DIE. I thanked G-d for my life, and then I heard a voice say “Oh no - you were put on earth for purpose and women need you."
In that moment, I promised that if I lived, I would pursue this purpose no matter what. Just then, the man took my purse and ran.
I then left my 6-figure VP corporate job to go back to grad school at UPenn for Positive Psychology. It cost me $60K in loans, and I went anyway.
My dad said, “That is the stupidest decision I've ever heard” and I BRAG doing it anyway.
I was 36 and FINALLY HAPPY.
Following my purpose was the best decision I've ever made. It led me to feel aligned in my soul, happy, at peace, excited every day. I get to do work I LOVE and look forward to the day. I get to make a difference and help people. And despite my fears about leaving my corporate salary, within a couple of years, I was making more than I did before.
It isn't always easy! I’ve failed many times!!! But I get back up and now, I get to coach HUNDREDS of women every year!
I get to impact hundreds of thousands of women all over the globe on The PurposeGirl Podcast and through speaking on motivation, happiness, purpose and women's leadership to companies like Amazon, AVON and Progressive Insurance.
I embrace all parts of me - the playful, the sexy, the professional, the badass, the messy, and all. It's why I share these pictures here - to introduce you to all the many sides of me that I love!

Q: Will I really receive Carin's personal support in the group?
A: Yes! We keep the group small intentionally so that Carin can work personally with each of you. She takes great pride in knowing the intimate details of every single one of my clients' desires, needs, hopes, and fears, so that she can support you fully.
You will receive 1:1 support from Carin on the group calls, during the retreats and via our private sessions.
Q: Will I really grow in a group?
A: YES! Women who have graduated from this program have overhauled their entire lives from standing in their confidence to standing up for what they need to getting the work and relationships they desire and starting businesses.
Part of this tremendous growth comes BECAUSE you're in a group with like-hearted women who support you every step of the way.
Q: What if I have different needs than the other women?
A: Even better. Every single woman in the group brings her hopes and talents to the Sisterhood and it creates a magical mix.
Together, we lift each other up and help each sister create what she wants in life.
Q: Why does it cost more than therapy?
A: Coaching costs more than therapy for a couple reasons. Many therapists take insurance and as a coach, Carin can't take insurance because she doesn't "diagnose" you with an illness. Rather, she identifies your strengths and gifts and help you use them in the world.
Also, Carin's work works. You're not paying for a workbook; you're paying for results. She values her time and gifts and believe that we all deserve fair value for our value.
Q: What if I don't get along with the other women?
A: Good question - It's never happened.
The women who are drawn to this space are compassionate, loving, supportive women who are ready to grow, and who want every other woman to grow too.
The women in Carin's programs don't compete; they compliment each other. This may be new for you, as a lot of women share that they've had bad experiences in groups of women.
Part of why Carin does this work is to create a new model of Sisterhood, to show us all what's possible.
Women who have been freaked out about being in women's groups have made some of their best friends in these groups, and we know you will too.
Q: What's the age range?
A: Women of all ages join the program. Age doesn't matter as much as readiness to live an empowered, happy and purposeful life. One 52-year old woman was afraid she'd be the oldest, but she actually had the "youngest" spirit and she inspired everyone to PLAY.
Another 30-year old thought she may be the youngest, but her wisdom impacted her Sisters. You will fit in if you're ready to be the woman you've always wanted to be.
Q: Is it weird to be with total strangers?
A: Good question, and it's actually the opposite. Women consistently share that they're more able to share their true fears and old pain with women they DON'T know.
There's no pressure to "keep up" or be "better." Plus, sometimes, we need people who aren't intimately involved in our lives to see us for who we are. By the end of the 4 months, the women have become confidants and best friends. This has happened every year, and this year will be no different.
Q: What if I don't want to share my personal life with the group?
A: Then EMPOWERED may not be for you. To grow, you need to get real about your life - the good, the bad, and the super challenging. This group works because women get real.
When one woman shares her true experience, hearing others say, "Me too" is one of the most powerful healers on the planet.
Q: How can I be sure it works?
A: Carin here, since this one is so personal to my life experience. This empowerment process will bring you everything you want in life. How do I know? Because I have done it.
When I was married to my first husband, feeling lonely and scared, and grinding away at a corporate job that didn’t fill me, I thought my life was over.
Many days, I would have rather died than exist like that.
Then, I woke up and realized that I have control over my life.
I figured out who I was, chose to leave my marriage, I began doing what lit me up, and I started following old dreams. I left my corporate marketing job to get my masters degree in Positive Psychology, the science of happiness, so that I could support women like you – and now I have a radio show and a chapter in a best-selling book, and I help women pursue their dreams every day.
And to top it all off, I then met my true love and married him at 40. Now we have a beautiful son together.
