Hi, I'm Carina. I followed the "perfect" life - married by 23 with a Golden Retriever and big house by 25. I had "it all"
but I was miserable. I needed to find out who I was. I yearned for an exciting life. For purpose. For passion.
But even as I found my dreams, I held myself back out of fear - and it made me depressed.
Then I almost lost my life, and realized that I needed to live FULLY now.

DAY 1: Unleash Pleasure & PLAY
We'll ground into our weekend and identify the #1 thing holding women back - what I call "The Challenge of the Powerful Woman". Whether you dream of starting your own business, traveling the world, or finally writing that book you've always wanted to, this session will get you going.
You'll experience the secret to healing as a WOMAN - being in safe, sacred SISTERHOOD. You'll see how the "Good Girl" holds you back and release rage, shame, guilt and more - your "power leaks" - so that you turn trauma into triumph as a WOMAN.

FAQ
Where is the Event Being Held?
WOMAN Rising Live is being held in San Diego, California (full location to come soon)
What if I don't know anyone going? I don't want to go alone.
We've got you. It's scary - and brave - to go to an event on your own, so we make sure you're never "alone". Our volunteers will greet you at the door and help you to your seat. We'll make sure you meet the women near you and have people to have lunch with. Plus the exercises are designed to have you connect heart to heart with women there.
Is my ticket refundable?
Ticket sales are final. Given the cost to run a huge event like this, we need to pay for all items in advance. Plus, the low ticket price does not even come close to covering our costs. However, if you can't go for any reason, you may gift your ticket to a friend - just let us know her name so we can register her!
Are results guaranteed?
As your coach, I will guide you through all of the empowering exercises that have worked for hundreds of women before, but ultimately, you as the client need to do the personal work to transform. You need to be open to receive coaching and guidance. You need to be vulnerable with your truth so that you can grow. And you need to do the exercises! So I will guide you there, but ultimately, you are responsible for your own growth!
