A dear friend and client of mine passed away a few days ago, and it got me thinking about what it means to live one’s life fully, to live so that you don’t have regrets. A research study showed that at the end of life, people tended to regret the things they hadn’t done more than the things they had done. And so in honor of, and inspired by, my dear friend Brenda, I use the book, The Top 5 Regrets of the Dying, by Bronnie Ware, (which you can get at Amazon — https://amzn.to/2zeJpAz) to talk about how to avoid having all sorts of regrets at the end of your life.
