This isn’t just a pretty platitude — it’s a research-backed fact –- and in today’s episode I share with you some of the science from the field of positive psychology that supports this. I go into an explanation of the basic structure of the brain and what evolutionary biology has to teach us about why it’s so easy to go to the negative instead of the positive, I share current research, and I offer concrete strategies for what we can do to choose happiness every day.
