What is REBIRTH?

REBIRTH is part of the ALIVENESS process. We're born. We live.

And then we come to a moment when we realize that a part of us must die to step into the WOMAN we were born to be.

The old story from middle school that you're not pretty. The pattern of being invisible that you created to be accepted in your narcissistic home.

The addiction to men, women, food, shopping, busy-ness, success, and more to make yourself feel valuable. The shame of rape. The guilt of being a working mom.

The people pleasing and apologizing ALL. THE. TIME.

ENOUGH.

You were born into a family, religion, community, society, etc. that put rules on you about who you're supposed to be and how you're supposed to live, but you know those aspects that once kept you safe now only hold you back. Keep you in fear. Paralyze you. So that part must die off. And then REBIRTH.

The moment YOU CHOOSE YOUR OWN DESTINY.

You CHOOSE the life you get to lead.

You CHOOSE you.
