Welcome to Happiness Habits - the course that teaches you to make Happiness a Habit. Research shows that happiness is a choice – you just need to learn what will make YOU happy. By completing the Happiness Habits course you will have the tools to increase positivity and joy, know your personal strengths and how to use them for more success, identify your passions and take action toward living them, flip negative self-talk into self-love and more.

Years ago, I struggled so much. I had a "perfect" husband, a "great" job, a "beautiful" home, and a "pure bred" Golden Retriever, but I cried every day in depression. I felt alone and like something was missing. I was stuck. Lost. Downright depressed. And I felt guilty for feeling that way. I had done everything "right," so why wasn't I happy? I went on a journey to discover what happiness meant to ME and I learned the importance of purpose, the necessity of JOY, and how to shift my mindset from negativity to positivity in any moment. I discovered that there's a science of happiness - Positive Psychology - and I left my job as a Vice President of Marketing to get my masters degree in it from the Ivy Leagues. I became a women's happiness and purpose coach who was named the "Happiness Guru" for SiriusXM's women's morning show. Knowing the Science of Women's Happiness has made me feel ALIVE AND MAGICAL!

Every day isn't easy, but I've learned how to be happy no matter what. I've realized that with so much negativity in the world, the silver bullet to happiness is CHOOSING to make Happiness an intentional daily Habit!

Today, I help women like you become happy, fulfilled, and empowered. I teach proven Happiness Habits so that you take back your right to choose happiness in any given moment.
I provide researched exercises to feel free, alive, juicy, lit up, sexy, satisfied.
Ultimately, with my support, women become the Creator of their own destiny.

Happiness Habits is the course for women to say goodbye to their miserable, stuck, burnt-out lives by teaching you proven habits that help you reignite hope, dreams and confidence. Habit 3: Pleasure and Joy - Identify your real desires and learn how to embody joy and pleasure, which is critical to women's well-being!
Habit 4: Mindset - Mindset controls feelings and behaviors, so learn how to be optimistic and shift your thinking to "can do" possibility!
Habit 5: Strengths - Become more confident by learning how to identify what's best about you and identify ways to use your strengths for success!
Habit 6: Self-Love - No more self-criticism! Learn how to use self-compassion, self-love, and loving your body to feel content and confident!
Habit 7: Relationships - Learn how to have healthy, nourishing, and nurturing relationships that enhance your life!
